Meeega .... unfriendly!!! I haven't seen such a cheeky, bad-tempered and snotty staff in a long time. Actually, the guest is just a nuisance. No smile or prudence. It's a shame because the location of the cafe is really good. But, because the cafe fills up "by itself" for that very reason, the operator doesn't seem to care and cordiality is therefore not appropriate. A pity!!!

A small, fine ice cream parlor in the middle of Boltenhagen. Here you will not only get ice cream to go, or the classic icebreaker, but also hot waffles and a small selection of cakes. The filled cream puffs seemed to be particularly popular during my visit. The service staff is friendly, attentive and quick. And should you have ever heard your partner say: "Honey, you have to eat more fruit", just try the delicious homemade gooseberry pie with meringue! - my favorite!

The waffle is just delicious. The best waffle in Boltenhagen. Always happy to come back, also for a delicious coffee. We can also recommend the cream puff.

So - very - honestly, I can NOT understand why this cafe, the staff, etc. is bitched. I was there on Sunday, it was so busy. I sat down and felt well from the first moment. I had a very nice waitress, my delicious poppy-seed cake was there, and my milk-coffee. And if the café tastes good to me, that's good. I ordered another 2. ☕. Around me, I only heard positive things from the guests. When I paid, I spoke to the young man who baked the cake. And you noticed that they are trying hard. When I went to the bathroom, I was opened by code, and it is very well, and I think it's good that it's only for YOUR guests. And I think if you ask the young team KINDLY WITH A SMILE, you may as well use the potty quickly. Because the sound makes the music. And you can then put down 50 cents, because water, toilet paper also costs money. At train stations we often count 1 €. Likewise, I think WE also have bad days, and since I work in a bakery, some of the customers or guests are unimaginable. They should stand behind the counter, how long they can do it. I do it then, I smile at complaints, and I think then annoys my opponent even more. Therefore, I wish you continued success, good business. Do not let it go down. I was self-employed for 20 years, and that's really hard. Especially at the beginning. Lg the team, if I get my rehab extension, I drive back to Wismar on Sunday to the cafe. Thank you
